re: TulaneLSU's Top 10 signs of Jasper Mall - lsufanva
Fascinating post. One-upping Tulane in one of his own threads is impressive. As was his post to be fair....

re: If Alabama goes 13-0 they are the GOAT - lsufanva
Hiw many ranked, how many top 10 and how many top 5 at some point? Because those are the areas this Bama team can't touch LSU last year. Plus that defense doesn't allow you to even be in the conversation. ...

re: Gonzaga Guard Andrew Nembhard has been ruled eligible to play this season - lsufanva
Why not. The rule to make immediate transfers eligible is coming, it's a dead year eligibility wise and it's questionable the season even gets done. It's supposed to actually be about the kids(whole other discussion) so in an already fricked year might as well let any and every kid that wants to play...

re: What’s this mean? - lsufanva
The DT OM is in on delayed his commitment. Gilbert is scheduled to commit on Jan 2 on the "selection" show NBC/247 have set up in place of the old Army game. Rumors are that Smith/Foreman could do it then as well. 2 hour show so room for a signing days worth of televised commitments ...

re: "Non-COVID medical emergency" shuts down Cowboys | Team says Paul is hospitalized - lsufanva
Noticed that myself. Either his prognosis changes dramatically at the hospital or there is some misinformation purposely being put out. The question is for what reason would people out out misinformation in this case?...

re: No Interior OL Commits in this Class - lsufanva
Also think Dellinger will end up inside but I get your point. It seems we've become so fascinated with OT recruiting that the interior has been forgotten. Doubt that's the case but for appearance sake. One problem we have is that we actually have plenty of guard types but some of them just haven't ...

re: Savion Byrd 12.16.2020 announcement - lsufanva
He was a OL his sophomore year and that's what really jumped him up boards. Last season he switched to DT and had an injury I believe. Back at OT this year as supposedly looks good. ...

re: Oh no, Gamecocks. Tom Herman? - lsufanva
Texas

Michigan
Both likely this year and it's all Urbs would need though I don't think Texas needs any other bidders to overpay. That place is desperate for a competing team. Question is does he want the job? I'd prefer he go further away. Hopefully USC shits the ...

re: Californians Defy Gov. Newsom Curfew Order, Flood Streets in 16 Cities - lsufanva
Good for them. Now the looney left gets to watch the other side protest the right way and for a cause that actually has real merit. Time now to sit back and see if antifa wants to come out and play. ...

re: Aaron Rodgers is now 2-8-1 in OT games - lsufanva
The most overrated QB in the history of the sport, and it's not even fricking close.
Right team, wrong qb. And he is very likely a worse human being than Rodgers as well. Something about those GB QBs and the media loving them no matter their faults...

re: Let’s talk about the intentional grounding the play before the winning TD - lsufanva
I don't think it should've been called but I look at it like PI in that situation. They wouldn't have called PI because the ball was uncatchable therefore it's clear the ball was thrown away intentionally. If he would've cleared the tackle box it would've been fine but he didn't. ...

re: Derrick Henry is the best rb since Barry Sanders - lsufanva
Great point by you and a couple of others. If you go look it up, when he retired Barry was in pace to be the all time leader in yards gained and yards lost. It's amazing how many runs for loss he had yet still put up the numbers he did....

re: Devonta Smith - lsufanva
And arguably has been the best of them all whether called #1 or not. Obviously he wasn't the focal point like Jeudy but he's had bigger games and arguably the biggest catch in Bama history. None of those other guys can say that. He's a stud. If his frame holds up he could be a HOFer He was the #...

re: What is the likelihood that Dabo will be the next head coach of the Houston Texans? - lsufanva
I don't think he leaves even for Bama. Why would he? He's built/building a program on par with theirs. Why leave a house he built, fully paid for, to move to one not significantly better built with outstanding payments he could never afford? I feel for the guy that takes on the task of following Sab...

re: Jermaine Burton had 197yds tonight - lsufanva
Pickens is the elite talent of those guys but Burton isn't a slouch by any means. A college passing game could easily pattern their scheme around him. He's not the athletic talent of a Devonta Smith but he's every bit as capable of producing the same type of numbers and playing the role Smith does. ...

re: Dislike Pelini but shouldn't Raymond and Busch also be held responsible - lsufanva
Ohio St and Bama. Safeties count also. Raymond is untouchable to many here and I don't get it to be honest. Let's break it down a little. 1 He didn't start DBU. That was Cooper. Raymond did his part in continuing it. Tre White, Greedy, Toliver etc 2 His hit rate has gone down significantly sinc...

re: Fields is a Pick throwing machine - lsufanva
He's also missed 2 games including the loss to ND. Doesn't matter how good he can be if he's standing next to Dabo. Before yesterday, Fields had as many tds as incompletions. I'm a Lawrence over Fields guy long term but it's not as clear cut as some make it out to be. ...

re: How bout Jay Ward.... - lsufanva
Stingley has been beaten once in his career like Ward, Flott and co have been multiple times this year. That was against the best wr in the country this season, Devonta Smith and it was last season. Props to Ward for hanging in there and playing to the final horn but we don't have to make false st...
