Be advised, the largest Ugly Stick is only avail as a single piece, so go one size down to break down into your truck.

Don’t know if they still sell it but I bought the BG 2500 as a Daiwa combo so I’d have a decent loaner for friends; it was $135 but that was a few years ago. I now own 3 more Daiwa reels as a result; the BG is very impressive at that price point.
