Slab settling cracks
Posted by Bayou

We have a pretty big cement patio poured a couple years ago along with the foundation for the house.
There are numerous tiny fractures running throughout. We were told "this is Louisiana" and that's the norm here. Whatever.
My question is can I let this go or does it need addressing as future moisture enters the tiny crack lines?

2 types of concrete….
One of the funnier jokes in my industry internally. Not quite as funny with the homeowners.
