If you follow the training protocol, how much speed do you pick up? Please respond in mph and percent increase.

on 1/8/22 at 7:49 pm to DeplorableinohioI haven’t used em but have gone thru speed training programs with JP Guidry. Any structured program could see a 10% increase in swing speed. Could see slightly more or less.
