Start/Sit Thread | Week 8
Lamar Jackson vs. Steelers
Carson Wentz vs. Cowboys

Am I crazy for leaning towards Wentz here?

I’m not saying yes or no.

Steelers defense is good, but they aren’t going to shut Jackson down like you may think. They give up big plays.

Fantasy football weekly QB ranks allowed by the Steelers this year:

QB19
QB16
QB18
QB14
QB26
QB16

Wentz QB3 the last 5 weeks

re: Start/Sit Thread | Week 8
Wentz bc dallas defense is atrocious and they have pretty much given up for the season. Lamar Jackson hasn’t been that good this year. I don’t think they shut him down completely but Wentz has been hot and Dallas is terrible. Enough said

re: Start/Sit Thread | Week 8
0.5 Pt PPR

Pick two at WR:

Michael Thomas vs Chicago
Tee Higgins vs Tennessee
Cooper Kupp vs Miami

Pick one at Flex:

Michael Thomas vs Chicago
Tee Higgins vs Tennessee
Cooper Kupp vs Miami
Devin Singletary vs New England
Phillip Lindsay vs LAC

Right now I’m thinking:

WR: Thomas
WR: Higgins
Flex; Kupp

Phillip Lindsay vs LAC

What I'm seeing is that he's in concussion protocol and not sure if he'll suit up.
quote:

Phillip Lindsay (concussion) is not practicing Wednesday.
The Broncos host the Chargers in Week 8. If Lindsay can't go, it'll be Melvin Gordon against his former team as the Broncos' workhorse back with Royce Freeman backing him up as a lightly-used No. 2.

Rotoworld Philip Lindsay update

Plus, Gordon is playing is former team and the Broncos may want to take advantage of the revenge motivation.

Tough call IMO. I like that Lamar played well his last game and is now coming off a bye. But I'm thinking Wentz for the matchup and big game between two bad teams fighting for supremacy in a bad division.

Good news. #Broncos Phillip Lindsay is doing light stretching and working on side with injured players. That he’s on the field is big as he tries to clear concussion protocol #Denver7

Id probably lean Hasty but its close.

I need a WR in standard:
Jefferson @ GB
Evans @ NYG (Godwin out)
Boyd vs Ten

I’d say Boyd

I think the Bucs will get an early lead and lean on the run

And I think Jets is due for a down game

FWIW the one bad game LJ had last year was against the Steelers.

Ruggs and Woods. I’m starting Ruggs in the Flex myself.

I’m feeling Ruggs this week too. It is risky but I think they get him more involved this week and gets over the top on Cleveland on one. Glad you confirmed my thoughts on that

re: Start/Sit Thread | Week 8
If Sanders is out, I go Scott 100% against that soft Dallas D. Gordon if not.

re: Start/Sit Thread | Week 8
I'd go Wentz against Dallas d. This is the one time where matchup makes a huge difference.

Start 3 PPR:

Thielen @ GB
K Allen @ DEN
R Anderson vs ATL
J Jefferson @ GB
T Fulgham vs DAL

Pick a 2nd RB out of:

CEH vs NYJ
B Scott vs DAL
