How can a woman coach defensive line? Especially at the NFL level?
No way can you coach all the finesse moves and proper stance/footwork/hand use that comes with playing those positions if you’ve never even played the damn sport.
You can come up with schemes and playcalls by knowing the game of football without having played it. But you cannot coach individual positions if you’ve never actually played that position. It’s just not possible

Look up Steve Belichick's resume. He had that job right out of college. His brother had a job in scouting immediately out of college then after a year got that job.

They got rid of her two years ago and then got an invite to intern during Chiefs camp. She wasn’t picked up as a full time staffer.
