Is Saban building a house of cards?
Posted by Safety Blitz

It’s not looking the way it used to.

He’s mailing it in. Don’t care who your HC is, Tommy Rees and Kevin Steele aren’t going to uphold the Alabama standard even with Saban cracking the whip behind them. Dynasty over

Not his best work that’s for sure

I don’t know about Rees, but Steele will be solid there. This will be by far the most talent he’s had to work with. His ‘19 AU defense sure gave us the best game that year. Saban can go back to the original ground and pound style he had at first and contend for championships with all the talent they have there.

Y'all been saying this for years

Both are good enough. He can move on from one or the other in a year if needed.

He will get his team to beat Kelly and LSU this coming season.

I know you’re trolling but I’ll play along
We will see. He couldn’t do it last year against a severely outmanned LSU team. We will much better this coming season. Bama will be favored to win all their games probably but nobody can really argue that these hires are his best by any stretch. I’m surprised by the meh nature of them tbh

You people are either stupid, ignorant, kids, retarded, or all of the above.

In fairness, it is the beginning of the end. We just don’t know how far out the end is.

Because some broke redneck Alabama trash who lives in a trailer park and has delusions of grandeur about a football team definitely has room to talk. Stfu and go cry
Dynasty. Over.

Eventually its bound to be right.
Truthfully though, Alabama has not looked the same for a few years now. It got masked by absolutely incredible QB play and having Lane and Sark there to maximize those skill sets. His teams are still going to be uber talented but the dropoff as Saban ages is noticeable.

Saban 10 years ago wouldn’t miss a beat even with these guys. At 71 years old he won’t have the same effect on them.
Bama is coming back to the pack.

The Washington OC would have been a great get imo.

Steele is just keeping it warm till Pruitt is cleared to start coaching again.
